This is a truely honest Texas company! I recently remembered when I called to book a routine pre summer checkup for my system that I forgot to review them. I bought a home last year and was told by several companies I would need a new system. They couldnt figure out what was wrong. I called Vetter and they sent someone out ASAP, a service technician came out and within an hour he found my system was missing a coolant filter and a simple metal ball bearing. After fixing those issues the system worked great! They didnt try to over sell or lie, they simply came and fixed our system!
I have used Vetter Air for all my air conditioning issues and they are awesome. And it starts right at the phone call I have to make explaining my issues. The office personnel have always been very courteous & extremely nice to talk to. The guys that service my air conditioner have always been courteous & knowledgeable.
